The GT-Digital Mpox Clade I OPG210 ROX Add-On assay for the Bio-Rad QX600™ Droplet Digital™ PCR System is a molecular reagent kit consisting of all primers, probes, and controls necessary for wastewater surveillance of mpox clade I. Through the use of this kit in conjunction with the Bio-Rad QX600™ Droplet Digital™ PCR System users can monitor mpox clade I levels. This kit provides an add-on to the dPCR NVO;mpox assay for the Bio-Rad QX200 (Cat#100458) used to monitor non-variola orthopox viruses and mpox clade II. Assay solution and the appropriate control are provided for the quantification of mpox clade I.
IMPORTANT! The dPCR NVO;mpox assay (Catalog #100458) is compatible for use with the Bio-Rad QX200™ or QX600™. However, the Mpox Clade I OP210 ROX Add-On assay is only compatible for use with QX600™ system.
