The GT Real-Time BCR-ABL Fusion Detection Panel Assay Kit is a Research-Use Only (RUO), patent-pending molecular reagent PCR kit containing all primers, probes, and controls necessary for the detection of human RNA with BCR-ABL translocations (Major (e13a2, e13a3, e14a2, e14a3), Minor (e1a2, e1a3), Micro (e19a2, e19a3), and Nano (e6a2, e6a3)). This multi-target kit contains one assay solution, one ABL1 positive control, and a positive control for each fusion type (e14a2, e1a2, e19a2, and e6a2). Users can determine the presence of these fusions in RNA extracted from blood or bone marrow samples on the QuantStudio™ 5™ Real-Time PCR system. The assay kit is validated for use with the GT-Quick qPCR Master Mix (sold separately).
