The dPCR NPM1-W288fs*12 Insertion Detection Assay Kit for the QX200® System is a molecular reagent kit containing all primers, probes, and controls for the detection of NPM1-W288fs*12 mutations found in Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). While this test does not target every mutation present in NPM1, it has been validated for the detection of Type A mutations (C.863insTCTG) and designed to also detect Type B and Type D mutations. Contains enough material for 50 reactions.
