The GT-Digital KRAS G12-G12 Mutation Typing Kit for the QIAcuity™ Digital PCR System is a Research-Use Only (RUO) molecular reagent kit containing all primers, probes, and controls for the detection and quantification of the following KRAS mutations: G12C, G12V, G12S, G12A, G12R, G12D, G13C, and G13D. This assay does not recognize other KRAS mutations. This kit comprises two 5-plex assay solutions targeting four different KRAS mutations paired with a corresponding wild-type target at the G12 and G13 codons. This kit includes mixed controls for each respective assay at 10% variant allele frequency (VAF) and two tubes of 100% non-mutated G12-G13 control. Contains enough material for 50 reactions.
