The Wastewater Surveillance Influenza Subtype/Lineage Discrimination Assay Kit v1.0 for the Bio-Rad QX200® contains assay solutions and appropriate controls for the quantification of 1) Influenza A subtypes: 2009 pandemic H1N1 (H1N1pdm09), seasonal H1N1 (H1N1sea), and H3N2; 2) Influenza B sublineages: B-Yamagata (B-Yam) and B-Victoria (B-Vic); and 3) Bovine Coronavirus (BCoV), a matrix recovery control.
