What instruments can I use with Wastewater and Water Pathogen PCR Detection Kits?

Our dPCR kits have been validated on the QIAcuity®, Bio-Rad QX200 ddPCR™, and Roche Digital LightCycler® machines and can also be adapted to other platforms. GT-Plex™ multiplex kits are compatible with the QIAGEN QIAcuityTM and Bio-Rad QX100™, QX200TM, and QX600TM dPCR platforms.

What internal controls are used?

Bovine respiratory coronavirus (BCoV) or Bovine respiratory syncytial virus (BRSV) serves as a wastewater inhibition controls and are included in our wastewater PCR kits.

How soon after placing an order can I expect delivery of the kit?

Once an order is placed, most assay kits are shipped within 5 business days on ice via FedEx Priority Overnight.

What sample types can be used with GTM Wastewater and Water Pathogen PCR Detection Kits?
